Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the leather goods in their original dust bag and protective packaging to ensure they are not scratched or damaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
